As we are soon about to celebrate with a bang the 1st birthday of the official release of Allods Online, let's have quality time together to remember the launch of our dear game.

You noticed that Allods Online is a unique MMORPG. It can take few concepts from the biggest MMO, allowing the enthusiastic and newcomers alike to find their marks, but the similarities stop here. Allods Online lifted the veil of unknown horizons, where players have to brave storms that can scare off even the most reckless adventurers, thanks to the magnificient and unique Astral!

Allods Online is about establishing a community, with the creation of the Guild Portal, a place like no other, with its base of members mixing humour and character! It is a community assembled by the passion of this game, rich in its content and universe so splendid.

Everything in life is all about liking something and letting everyone know about it, even in the world of Sarnaut! Orcs share food & beer among friends, Elves like and show off fashion tips, Genoer tells tales of wiped raids, it's all about sharing with your community! So we thought we'd better get the GMs and the entire community in on the act by launching a new Facebook event, known as Sharing Is Caring! In this event our entire community will work together with the GM team to like and promote Allods Online on Facebook to help every player gain days and days of Lucky Moments! 

Beginning next Monday, May 14th and lasting for an entire two weeks, until Friday the 25th of May, you have a chance to win a great gift for the entire community!



The objective of this contest is simple, we will post something related to the coming update of Allods Online every day on our Facebook page and you will be asked to like it! This could be another edition of 'A Closer Look At...', a teaser video, some nice screenshots, an event to help celebrate the launch, anything really (don't worry, we'll take into consideration that some of you have family members on Facebook and won't post anything related to Naked Gibberlings). When we are posting the topic we want you to like we'll make sure to tell you that this is the one, we like posting fan-made videos, or screenshots, on our Facebook page every week so don't want any confusion if we still do. But we'll give you a set target of likes to reach on our post of the day, once the target is hit we'll announce 24 hours of a set Lucky Moment for the very next day!

This means you could win Double Reputation for the entire server for one day, Double Gold for the next, Double Combat Glory for another, and so on! Each day the community could double their fun for an entire 24 hours by simply liking our post of the day! Should the community hit enough shares for the entire week we may treat you to something special for an entire weekend too.....

So make sure to sign up to our Facebook page right now, we start this community event next week and you don't want to let you fellow players down! You wouldn't want to make this Orc cry would you?

Welcome to another of our 'A Closer Look At...' guides! In the past few weeks we've given you more detailed information on lots of new features coming to Sarnaut with our Summer update, from the new quest log and world map in our Interface Focus, to the bombardment awaiting your group at the Deserted Farm and on to the fantastic Anniversary Gifts we'll be handing out to all our players! 

The excitement builds today with a look at changes coming for both the individual player and the collective community in Allods Online. We've decided to give this focus over to the new Amalgam system and the modified Astral Confrontation!
