He has never gotten back home and you’ve searched him in vain… Or maybe you have spotted your Gibberling lady (well, one of the three by the way) flirting with a pink-haired Elf. You cannot wait forever for them to come back, so stop shedding your tears!
From today the Bottle of Champagne will be introduced in the Boutique. Use it to make a toast to your new freedom and get your divorce, even if your spouse is not present!

There were some signs, but love makes you blind. As the Historians say, Champagne is an eye-opener, so what are you waiting for? Make a toast to the freedom you have just regained, end your unhappy marriage and start a new life.

How to use a Bottle of Champagne? No, it’s not just about drinking, so keep on reading!
With the in-game Divorce Paper both spouses need to be present and consent to the separation, whereas the Bottle of Champagne will force the divorce, even if your partner is not there. So you can regain your freedom from an absent wife too!
In order to divorce, the first thing to do is obtain the Bottle of Champagne from the Boutique. Remember, the bottle will be bound to your character from the moment it is obtained from the Boutique, so you cannot offer a glass to your friends or enemies!
As divorce is an official business, you have to talk with Valeria Commissarina, besides the Auction House in Nezebgrad, or Helena Bugakova, inside the Chapel in Novograd. League players have to ask to Marianne de Ardeur to be teleported to the Chapel.
Unhappy spouses have to talk with these ladies and accept a quest called: Running Free.
But remember, marriage is not just about going to your favourite Goblin restaurant together, it is also about Heart Affection and wedding Spells. Once you break your wedding, you will lose also your spousal spells and their rank, along with your partner! It is something to be considered while thinking about divorce!
If you want to proceed, accept the quest and, then, right-click on the Bottle of Champagne in your bag in order to use it. You will divorce from your partner and end your unfortunate union. Yes, you can head back to the capital looking for new romance afterwards, you will be as free as a bird! Cheers to your new life!
